Welcome to Spring Valley High School. I am enthusiastic and truly honored to serve as the principal of this great school. Our mission is to provide an innovative educational experience that empowers all students to achieve excellence and to take responsibility for their lives, their learning and the world in which they live.

We sincerely look forward to working with you to make this a very successful school year. We are proud of our students, teachers, staff, and parents/guardians. Our goal is to maintain our tradition of excellence and ensure that Spring Valley continues to be a place where students are able to fully take advantage of their educational opportunities and learn to be caring and responsible young people.

Continued success comes forth when we provide experiences that are engaging, meaningful, and challenging. Spring Valley has a history of fine academic, athletic, and extracurricular accomplishments. We are proud of this excellent tradition, and we are excited about great things to come.

Our dedicated faculty and staff aim to challenge our students academically and provide guidance that leads to improvements in independent thinking, decision-making, and problem solving. I have found that the collaboration of the school community and all stakeholders working together each and every day is the exemplary quality of an effective school. It will take all of us to help our students do well inside and outside of the classroom as we continue to prepare them to be 21st century learners.
